I felt as if I was rushed. My nails ended up being uneven and crooked. While filling down the acrylic my finger hurt. Beautiful color though and a good price. Next time I come in here I hope not to be rushed and to have my nails done with care. The communication was good and hospitality. The only downside was the final look of my nails. The polish wasn’t covering my whole nail. The acrylic is thicker and bumpy on some of my nails and I asked for an almond shape.
Service was horrible. The lady was giving attitude, was in a rush/hurry to get my nails done and saw the mistakes she did on my nails but did not care at all to fix them up!! She would blame it on me when there would be a lil mistake on my nail when reality it was her because she was such in a hurry not having time for her client. She was rude, she just did not care a single bit which is sad not even for the business itself but for her. Never going back if that's how they like to treat their clients as if we aren't the ones paying with our own money.
Wasn’t that thrilled with my experience here. The building was clean and nice. The staff was rushing to accommodate all the guest which can be appreciated as long as the quality of work is still maintained. However, I feel that in this case it wasn’t. The nail polish was very chunky and old. There were air bubbles and chunks visible once it was painted on. Did the job for what I needed but probably wouldn’t return.
Popped in hoping to fix my horrible nails from life and will definitely be back any time I'm in the area. I had a dip set and was very pleased with how fast and gentle it went. My bff got a gel pedi and she is so pleased she'll be back as well then finally the roommate. I have a very shy roommate she gets easily stressed in some settings so it's a gamble on how she responds but these guys are fantastic about it, she informed them she gets nervous and they immediately helped to sooth her. She got a set of gel nails with amazing sparkle gel polish. All very pleased with our services and will be back again!!!! Thank you guys so much.
They were a bit busy when I went in on 8/26 just before 2:00pm. I ended up waiting about 35min but it was totally worth it. All the staff I encountered were very professional especially the one lady I spoke with, I believe her name is Jackie. I chose to get the Cateye design with the Gel powder for my nails, she was very informative about pricing. The end result turned out fabulous and I love my nails!
Lan is wonderful. I always feel intimidated by nail technicians bc I want really really short nails. She is so nice and was so gentle with my sensitive hands and dry skin. This was the first time my nails have ever been short enough and they’re beautiful.
I have been going here for years and love them! I usually have the owner or another nail tech Teresa do my nails. Recently they hired a new nail tech and I’m not as impressed. Ive had him do a manicure and pedicure and was not that great.
I got acrylic nails and a pedicure. Normally when I get acrylics, they remove my cuticles. They did not at paintbox.. the pedicure itself was fine. However the acrylics were not as good for what I paid for. They’ve been peeling up from the top from my cuticle, which I’ve never had happen before. Also, they charged me more than what they said on their website. Go somewhere else and spend just as much to get a decent job done.
